Ragging High in Dev Bhoomi
What happen:
- on oct 11,2011: 5 students of Sri Sai University booked under the HP Educational Institutional Prohibition Ragging Act 2009 on the complaint of Arun Katoch a BBA student of the University
- he belong to resident of Bhuhana .
- D.S.Thakur, SSP kangra told HimVani that Arun Katoch resident of Kosab (Bhuhana) a BBA student of the Sai University at Palampur had lodged a report with Police that he was allegedly ragged by five students of B.Tech of the same university.
- SSP Kangra said :
- Rocky, resident of Mumta.
- Gourav resident of Ghuggar.
- Abhishek resident of Bindravan.
- Anchal Thakur resident of Bhatti (Bhawarana)
- Shanti Bhushan were arrested
- All are arrested under section 147, 149, 323, 506 and Section 3 of HP Educational Institutional Prohibition Ragging Act 2009 .
- all 5 are booked for days.
- All are produced before the court on October 13, 2011.
Really some people put same on our Beautiful Palampur City....but why?????????
