- India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) Summit held in Protoria .
- Pritoria is the capital of South Africa.
- This is Fifth ISBA 5th Summit.
- Global issues like the difficult economic scenario and U.N.-related matters.
- Dr.Manmohan Singh Indian prime Minister also done bilateral meetings with these two:
- Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and
- South African President Jacob Zuma.
- Other concern about the Europe Crisis, current global economy and financial situation forthcoming G20 Summit in France.
- Focus on IBSA countries in coordination among in United Nations Security Council.
- Another forthcoming meetings of the Conference of Parties under the UNFCCC and the Conference of Parties to the Kyoto Protocol being hosted by South Africa later in the same year 2011.
- Dr. Manmohan Also said that some factor can be discuss in the Rio+20 Conference being hosted by Brazil in 2012.
- As per Indian Prime Minister three largest developing countries - Brazil - India - South Africa, working together.
- Terrorism and maritime safety expected to be discussed in ISBA summit.
- The three countries are non-permanent members of the Security Council (Remember)
- Each country contributes $1 million each year to the ISBA Trust Fund.
- This Fund is used to Develop Haiti and Palestine like places.
At Last:
The Summit will be preceded by the trilateral meeting of Foreign Ministers and forums on various topics:
These topics are:
- commerce and women and child development.
