National Sports Awards 2018 winners list

Indian president Mr. Ram Nath Kovind conferred National Sports Awards for 2018 in Rashtrapati Bhawan.

List of winners for khel awards:

Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award:

• Captain of Indian cricket team Virat Kohli and world champion weightlifter Saikhom Mirabai Chanu received  the highest sporting award of the country. 
• Both of them got medal and a citation, received a cash prize of 7.5 lakh rupees. 

Arjuna Awards 2018 goes to:

• Star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra
• Athlete Hima Das, Jinson Jhonson
• Shuttler Nelakurthi Sikki Reddy
• Boxer Satish Kumar
• Golfer Subhankar Sharma
• Shooters Rahi Sarnobat, Ankur Mittal, Shreyasi Singh
• Table Tennis Players Manika Batra, G Sathiyan
• Wrestler Sumit
• Wushu player Pooja Kadian
• Para Athlete Ankur Dhama
• Para-Badminton player Manoj Sarkar
• Hockey players Manpreet Singh, Savita and
• Polo player Col. Ravi Rathore  

Dronacharya awards list 2018:

• It is givengiv eight coaches. 

1. Subedar  Chenanda Achaiah  Kuttappa for Boxing
2. Vijay Sharma for Weightlifting
3. A. Srinivasa Rao for Table Tennis
4. Sukhdev  Singh  Pannu for Athletics
5. Clarence Lobo for Hockey
6. Tarak Sinha for Cricket
7. Jiwan Kumar Sharma for Judo
8. V.R. Beedu for Athletics. 

Dhyan Chand Award 2018

• Its announced for four personalities. They are :

1. Satyadev Prasad for Archery
2. Bharat Kumar Chetri for Hockey
3. Ms. Bobby Aloysius for Athletics
4. Chougale Dadu Dattatray for Wrestling

Note:
Arjuna, Dronacharya and Dhyan Chand Awardees received statuettes, certificates and cash prize of five lakh rupees each
