National Jagjivan Ram Kisan Abhinav award :

Indian centre of Agriculture Research ICAR awarded Mr. Karan Sikri a 31 year's old farmer and entrepreneur of Dhangali village of Kurukshetra district in Haryana . He got award from the president of India.
His contribution in the field of agriculture by producing vermicompost with cow dung and promoting drip irrigation
Karan, he is the director of the Sikri Farms located near Shahbad town is producing around 25,000 MT of vermicompost fertiliser annually and supplying it to thousands of farmers in Haryana, Himachal, Punjab, Rajasthan and Jammu and Kashmir. (HT File).
He is an MBA and his wife too works with bank left her job and support her husband..
