Right to Education Act discuss in detail.
- Every child in INDIA ages group of 6 to 14 years has the right to free and compulsory education.
- In 86th Constitution Amendment Act added Article 21A, specially for RTE.
- The schools that offer free educations managed by school management committees (SMC).
- Private schools shall admit at least 25% of the children in their schools without any fee.
- Also all Monitoring will be done by The National Commission for Elementary Education.

- The government will be launching the Right to Education campaign across the country called 'Shiksha Ka Abhiyaan' on National Education Day.
- First Launched in Maharatra(but Maharashtra failed to even notify the rules of the act)
