Main Agenda of India Are:

  • Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will leave for New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly session.
  •  convention on Terrorism: global framework to fight the menace
  •  India, with  G-4 (member are Brazil, Japan and Germany,INDIA)
  • The G4 members are keen on getting permanent membership of the UNSC.
  • NOTE: Currently, India and Germany are non-permanent members of the Security Council. 
  •  India  support for  Palestinian for U.N. membership
