Big NEWS: Apple corp. Attacked by Hacker

AntiSec hackers group has launched an hacking mechanism on Apple's Website...
Apple's Website are being best secure site in the universe,,,,,
But the cracker write in their blog that they stole 26 usernames with passwords..
Even just before this month in June, most of Indian website are Hit by the Hackers ...
My Question is from the APPLE and other big Security corporate Like AT&T labs also from SUN micro system and IBM is that:

Is there is No Method to prevent these hackers and provide Punishment if they do something wrong ?
Is there is any IT Act 2000 LAW for it.....?
If yes then Tell us???????
